Refund Policy

We DO NOT do refunds for our products, ( Balms, Butters, Oils) due to the nature of the products and that they are made to order for every customer. Once order is placed, we hand-make the product to order and ship immediately. The product/item can not be reused or sold again. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if there are any problems we will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you are satisfied!

We look to resolve each case to the customers satisfaction. Also, we do not do cancellations or exchanges after the products have been shipped and processed which usually takes 1-2 business days after ordering.

If you would like to exchange a product, please reach out to use directly via email.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
